Cut from a solid plank of American cherry and sanded to a satin hand-feel, this board deepens to a rich reddish patina with use. One rounded corner is drilled for a leather hanging loop, and the reverse is flat for slicing.
Rub it now and then with the enclosed care wax to keep the grain fed and water-resistant.
