Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are packed by hand within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping rates and times

• Standard U.S. shipping: flat $6.99
• Free standard shipping on orders over $120
• Typical delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

If something is not right, we are happy to help. We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@encompassgoodies.store with your order number and we will send return instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or make it right at no cost to you.
