30-day returns

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please email support@encompassgoodies.store to request a return authorization before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. If you need help, just email us.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened bath and body items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
